There are plenty of coating companies out there making big promises about what their products can do. While there’s some truth to those claims, I prefer to be upfront about what you can actually expect from a ceramic coating.
Here’s what you really get with a quality coating:
Long-lasting protection: A durable layer that lasts 3 to 6 years.
One-time application: Unlike other forms of protection that need reapplication every few months, a ceramic coating only needs to be applied once.
Unmatched gloss: It creates a deep, rich shine that far surpasses wax or sealant.
Hydrophobic properties: Keeps your car cleaner and makes washing it easier by repelling water, dirt, and grime.
Versatility: Can be applied to paint, glass, wheels, vinyl film, and paint protection film.
Before we apply the coating, your vehicle must be properly prepped and corrected with one of our paint correction services. Without this crucial step, you won’t get the full benefits of the coating.
This is where a professional installer makes all the difference. If the coating isn’t applied correctly, you’ll end up with what are called **”high spots”**—smudges or streaks that appear when the coating is left to dry too long without being wiped off.
As a general rule, the more durable the coating (like a 1-year vs. a 9-year coating), the harder it is to install. Weather plays a big factor, and here in the Central Valley, we know just how hot those summer days can get, which can make the installation process trickier. So, proper timing and conditions are key for a flawless finish.
